Auction for a Cause is an event management system that runs in your web browser and is specifically designed to help an event team plan, coordinate, and run an in-person charity auction event. Our goal was to offer an extremely affordable solution that is powerful enough to meet the needs of any scale of auction, whether they are raising a few thousand or hundred-thousand dollars. Using our application, an event manager can build their guest list, maintain auction items, track donors, auto-generate print materials for their event, record payments, process credit cards, and much more!
We have invented a bidding system that works wonders; it is both fun for guests and allows for a quick data-entry process for event volunteers. We also support integrated payment processing which allows an event to offer an “express” check-out experience – guests no longer need to wait around until all bids have been processed; instead, they can save their credit or debit card to their profile when they check-in. This allows them to leave the event at anytime. Once the event finishes, the system will automatically charge their card for their outstanding balance and email them a receipt. This is, by far, our most sought-after feature and the one that we get the most positive feedback from both guests and event coordinators. We also offer a powerful suite of reports and analytics and we are continuously adding newly requested features.
